BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GET LASER TREATMENTS AT NEW LIFE AND WELLNESS MEDICAL SPA IN TOMBALL.
Over the past year and a half, I have paid over $3,000 for initial laser treatment and maintenance . I followed all of the instructions that Sylvia gave me in order to get the best results. I was told that it would likely all be taken care of in the 6 treatments I paid over $2,400 for. Once the treatments were complete I saw minimal results. Once I contacted them and let them know that the results were not as promised, I was up sold to spend over $600 on "maintenance", but this isn't really maintenance. this is $600 to attempt to achieve the original results. Now, I have been reaching out to them over the past few months letting them know that I am right back where I started before I ever came in minus $3,000. The only thing they are willing to do is more "maintenance" for hundreds of dollars of official fees. Every time I reach out, they have made every excuse including hormones, hair follicles, etc etc. I have recently checked all of my hormones and everything is normal. I have been trying to get in touch with their manager over the past month, but there is always an excuse and now I don't even get a call back. BUYER BEWARE! ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT AN EMPTY WALLET.

Truly exceptional attention to detail and everything was explained very thoroughly. It was my first time doing injections and it was a pleasant experience. I felt at ease and will definitely be back for additional services.

I do feel like I need to get Botox done more often than normal. I love my cheek fillers & lip injections. They do a great job on that!
