Ashley Kepler, MA

Medical Assistant

Ashley has been part of the New Life Wellness family for a year and a half and serves as Dr. Sohner's Medical Assistant, focusing on wellness, hormone optimization, and patient care. She especially enjoys assisting with pellet insertions and helping patients navigate their wellness journeys.

Ashley is passionate about supporting patients as they work toward feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident. Her caring nature and positive attitude make her a valuable part of the wellness team.

Outside of work, Ashley stays busy with her three children—two sons and a daughter. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys a good shopping trip whenever she gets the chance. A fun fact about Ashley: she danced for 22 years!
