About Heather Kennedy, RN
Heather Kennedy is a skilled and compassionate RN at New Life Wellness Medical Spa. She began her career in labor and delivery before transitioning to an OR nurse, where she met our own Krista and Victoria, quickly forming a close bond. Heather joined New Life in 2023 and continues to work as an OR nurse in The Woodlands while dedicating her Fridays to assisting patients at New Life.
At New Life, Heather collaborates with Dr. Sohner on HRT pellet insertions. She also handles weight loss injections and counseling, and her personal favorite way to help patients look and feel their best—neurotoxin and filler injections. She is deeply passionate about helping her clients see and appreciate their beauty the way she sees them, believing that many women overlook their own worth. Heather’s mission is to support her patients in feeling confident and valued, ensuring that they don’t face the aging journey alone.
Outside of her work, Heather enjoys attending the many baseball games her husband coaches as head coach at Concordia Lutheran High School. She also loves working out, roller skating, bowling, hiking, and dedicating time to animal rescues. Heather’s warmth and dedication make her an invaluable part of the New Life team, committed to making every patient feel their best.
